In Summer flower boxes line the deck railings. Central Air Conditioning. Off street parking, snowplowing in winter. Mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker in the room. A few hot beverage choices are there or bring your favorite K-cups.

I sell real estate in the greater Syracuse, NY area working from home. I have used Mr. B&B in France. I'm a total outdoors 77 year old single guy: cycling, kayaking, skiing, hiking, gardening. There are great state parks nearby and many waterfalls. The Finger Lakes are just an hour west, the Adirondacks are 2 hours and Lake Ontario is an hour + to many beaches. The Bridge to Canada is 2 hours north. I've very involved with French culture and language. Sorry, allergic to animals and smokers. No drug use of any sort including marijuana.

We came to the Manlius/Fayetteville area for a family weekend and found the condo to be perfectly located for our needs. Absolutely pristine, good size room, quiet and private. All described appropriately. Scott, our host, was most polite, accomodating and friendly, but gave us our space and privacy which was most appreciated. We would come back again. Cheers, Paul.

Scott was in contact during my drive making sure that I took the best route and arrived safely. After showing me my room he served tea and we chatted a bit. A comfortable bed that provided me with a wonderful sleep. In the morning Scott made a delicious breakfast that was served on the deck overlooking the beautiful forest and stream. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The accommodations were immaculate and wonderfully comfortable. The room - actually the host's master bedroom - is on the second floor with a deck over a small ravine. The sound of the creek cascading lulls one to sleep at night. The house is very quiet and the host is cordial and friendly. This was my second stay here and I'll certainly return again.

The home was very attractive and up my ally. The room was great!! Exception bed, sound of the creek and a fine view of from the private deck. Very clean bathroom with nice towels. Scott was gracious host who took time to chat with me (even though he was working on a timely project) and provided some kitchen privileges so I could prepare a light supper. Scott was responsive to my pre-arrival questions and willingly gave instructions and directions to get back to the interstate on departure.

Scott was awesome. Greeted me with a smile, offered me a glass of water, and let me catch my breath on the back deck overlooking the beautiful ravine. The bed was very comfy. He was very gracious and offered me breakfast. Also provided Wi-Fi. All that great necessities of a good Mister B&B host.
