Wonderful townhouse in a very quiet and desirable neighborhood . Offering private living room, bedroom, full bath, refrigerator, microwave full use of the kitchen, Internet, offstreet parking.. very pleasant host Great conversationalist. Willing to tour you're around the area as well as help out with transportation to and from the airport . Looking forward to hosting and having a wonderful visit in our bright friendly Town .

Gerald is an incredible host. He's super friendly, knowledgeable about Rochester, and great company. The townhouse is in a beautiful area and just a short drive from everything. There's also a great coffee/breakfast spot and an ice cream shop very close by that are both worth checking out. The suite I stayed in was really nice, spacious, and comfortable. I had my own bathroom and living room area, which made the stay feel very private and relaxing. You're in great hands with Gerald.

Gerald was a lovely host. He made me feel right at home and was very kind, accommodating, and hospitable. I enjoyed our conversations and loved getting to know him and all that he had to share about the city. Highly recommend staying with Gerald if you are visiting the area!

Very helpful and flexible when we needed to sort out a mistakenly cancelled reservation. Beautiful space and neighborhood. Lots of pleasant streets to walk down to get to coffee shops, restaurants, and gift stores

Gerald is a generous and gregarious host who wants his visitors to be comfortable and happy. He was very open about when I would arrive and when I would leave and I was comfortable the entire time I used the property. Free rein in the kitchen and everywhere else. I would recommend a night or two for sure!

Gerald is an incredibly generous host who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He picked me up from and dropped me off at the airport, including a mini tour of the town. His townhouse has a third floor with a mini kitchen and tv lounge area that is completely private and well equipped with lots of goodies and treats, including breakfast foods and snacks. I felt totally at home. He even made me steak and eggs in the morning. I couldn't recommend staying with Gerald highly enough. Added bonus: he has a massage chair that will get you relaxed and ready for sleep in minutes. He is personable and fun and a delight to have made him my new friend.
