Cozy B&B with a farm to table philosophy.

This is a fun stay. Jeffery was super friendly and polite. I felt right at home. The space is roomy and clean. It is so convenient to find, not far from the highway with plenty of parking. The surrounding area is wooded and quiet. Jeffery was able to cook up a delicious gourmet breakfast, plus coffee and fruit. I plan to visit again!!!

We stayed just one night. Jeff was the perfect host. In arrival Gave us a walk around the house to familiarize ourselves - giving us full run of the historic home. Our room - with a little parlour area- was on the 2ndfloor - conveniently just above the kitchen. We took an uber to the KeyBank centre for the sabres game. Post game we notified Jeff we would soon be on our way. When we got home around midnight Jeff greeted us with a roaring fire and gourmet pizza. Yumm and Breakfast was A+ too

Jeff was a great host. He's a very nice and personable guy. And he is very devoted to his guests. I would definitely stay with him again. Thanks for everything, Jeff.

This was my second time staying with Jeff. Wonderful host! Once again made a fantastic breakfast for me and we went out for dinner each night to two amazing local restaurants. Jeff was especially supportive and kind as I dealt with an unexpected car issue. His assistance and checking in on me was very helpful and kind. Without his friendly and comedic personality, the whole situation would have been worse. To end on a high note, Jeff connected me to a friend of his that gave me a personal and lovely tour of Niagara Falls on both sides. Jeff's place is not to be missed!

What an amazing host! Not only did Jeff make dinner for me when I arrived, he also made this awesome breakfast for me the next morning. He's a great conversationalist, friendly, easy-going, and has a wonderful sense of humor. One of the highlights for me was drinking wine in front of the fireplace and talking the first night I arrived. We compared hosting stories as well as conversation about our hobbies and interests. I've already booked a return visit when I'm going back through Buffalo on my way home and I'm so excited to spend two nights this time with Jeff. This place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very soundly. You can't go wrong staying at Jeff's place.

I can not write enough about Jeff's hospitality and the comfort of his place. Jeff is a great host. He ensures that your needs are met and that you are comfortable. His place is cozy and has everything you need for a short or long stay. If I go back to that area, I will make arrangements to stay with him again

We had a brief but wonderful experience. Jeffrey is a great and friendly host who cooks at a professional level. Very relaxing and stress free place. Room was comfortable with a great bed.
