Completely remodeled casita very close to the gay district, Melrose, in the heart of Phoenix. Totally private with pool and spa. Clothing optional at all times and totally private. Queen size bed with seating area, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette. Pool, heated spa, outdoor shower, waterfalls, fire table and fire pots. Plenty of seating and chaises for relaxing, talking or anything else you desire to do outside. I am always happy to chat or interact in whatever way makes you comfortable. Security camera strictly for overall view of backyard that do not record. Driveway parking. Side entrance for coming and going with secure locked gate. So, there is no confusion, Willy's Inn is located behind the main house in which I live and while it is totally private from anyone seeing the backyard, I can see the entire backyard and casita from my house, though not into the casita and you can also see inside my house as it has large windows.

Plain and simple, I’m a nice guy. I enjoy meeting and getting to know people from all over. It’s the main reason I opened Willy’s Inn. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to make my place as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Please don’t be shy about telling me what you do and don’t like. I try my best to give the guests want they want and will not intrude upon your stay unless invited. And please call me Bill. Only my mother calls me William when she is mad at me.

Willy's Inn is one of our favorite places anywhere! Our host does everything imaginable to make his guests feel at home. We love being there and are excited to return again and again.

The casita and back patio/pool area are all amazing. The casita was stocked with any toiletry/amenities we needed. Great choice of beverages and coffee bar. Everything was clean and first class! Bill started communicating as soon as we booked! Thanks for a great stay!!! Wish we got to chat more as the host was very friendly. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed the super sized casita! Probably the largest space we've ever stayed in. The freedom to be in the nude is a plus for us and the large pool is delightful.

Willys Inn is a beautiful place. Both the casita and pool area are fantastic. The casita has everything you could possibly want. You really just need to bring yourself. It's beautifully decorated. The pool area is so relaxing. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day or get a full day of sun in. Bill himself is a great host and very hopeful. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Phoenix.

I've stayed in many MisterB&B places over the years, but I think Willy's Inn is my favorite one. The accommodations there are first-rate! Bill has thought of everything to make his guests feel right at home. His casita is brimming with useful things and is decorated stylishly, with dashes of humor, both inside and in the amazing courtyard. The pool out there is great, and the spa even greater. I was there for only one night, but I wish it had been at least two. Bill made himself available for extended conversation with me, which I appreciated. If and when I return to Phoenix, I won't hesitate to book Willy's Inn again -- it's a winner!

Willy's Inn was a beautiful setup and very relaxing. Well appointed suite and great pool, hot tub and yard. It was more than expected. The host is a very nice and kind man. He was not intrusive, but there for assistance if you need him. I will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great experience.

Willy's Inn promises a lot...and completely delivers at every turn. Large, private, comfortable, clean, well appointed and stocked with thoughtful amenities. Bill takes hosting very seriously and has thought of everything. The pool, spa and outdoor areas for relaxing set this beautiful place apart. I'll be back!

I enjoyed my too brief stay at Willys Inn very much. William provided concise information in advance of my stay so I was all prepared to get settled on my arrival. It was nice to chat with him after I arrived. The back of the house and casita feel like an oasis in the middle of the city. The casita is nicely outfitted and very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful treat on both cool nights of my stay. The location is near many restaurants and bars and shopping. If you can snag an open date during a visit I would highly recommend!
