Cosy apartment with garden

Rode and Cedric provided all the necessary information to access the property. Although the area is quite residential and a bit removed from the city center and main attractions, the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. It features a lovely terrace, a spacious living room, and a fully refurbished kitchen that guests can use freely. I only stayed for one night, but still Cedric made time to welcome me, have a brief chat, and offer some great restaurant recommendations nearby. Overall, it was an excellent, warm, and friendly experience.

Incorrect building- no code fro the gated lot, scattered messages dribbled in over several emails No list of do or don't in someone else's space or how to operate anything- no toaster, no designated refrigerator space, food left in oven, mop bucket with dirty water, garbage overflowing and odiferous. Unclean.. pillows were overused and flat with tears in covers. I slept poorly. The only good thing was recommendation to go to La Coste. And English speakers NO.. Thankful for Non smokers and no perfume. I felt uncomfortable most of the time as if I were invading someone's space and privacy.

We had a wonderful stay with Rode and Cedric. They both are very welcoming and go out of their ways to help us. The place is amazing, especially the outdoor space. We both slept so well as it's so quiet and the blind and aircon work very well. The location is also very ideal. Rode and Cedric also gave us lots of wonderful recommendations on what to do and where to eat - they live the life! Would highly recommend

I did not have a chance to meet Rode as he was out of town, but his boyfriend Cedric was very accommodating. Friendly, with great tips for what to do in and around Aix. What the've done with their apartment decor is really cool. A great place to stay if you rent a car and don't want to deal with city parking (but still want to be reasonably close to the city during your stay). Very easy to access the highways.
