Located in the heart of Shanghai's most polish neighborhood - French concession. You will experience all the European inspired eateries and sceneries including nice cafe, shops and museums.
The location is impeccable as it is walking distance to the gay district with all the popular gay bars just down the road.
The apartment itself is decorated with the mindset of convenience, style and homey. You will be walking into a French inspired design and modern furniture and air-conditioning and heater on the floor.
You can cook in the large space kitchen, also there is a cute little garden you can enjoy the sunshine coming all day long and have a nice cup of coffee for a cozy afternoon near the street.
The bedroom is quiet and cozy and you won't hear any noise so you can enjoy a nice sleep especially if you are coming from a long flight.

Hello my name is Jerry and I work in technology and teach yoga by the side. Grew up in US, China and Japan, I speak Mandarin, English and Japanese. Currently I am based in Singapore.
I travel very frequently for work so I have decided to rent out my apartments to good travelers with a reasonable price. So far I have listings in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Bangkok, Singapore and San Francisco. Convenience is my top priority when selecting places myself thus all my ******** rentals are located in the heart of the city center with very easy access to any public transportations. You would also expect luxury amenities from 5 star hotels (which I collected from my business travels :). There are also coffee/tea, water, snacks inside the room. I greet all my guests in person and offer as many local tips as I can.
A city is made up of the people living inside, I want my guests to enjoy not just the tourist spots but also good hospitality and warm welcome from local people. Looking forward to be hosting you next!
