"Home Bigarreaux is a fully renovated vacation home. It's very quiet and conveniently located. The streetcar is a 5-minute walk away. It takes you directly to the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack, the train station, the city center or to the foot of the old town. The exhibition center is close by, and the European horse center is easily accessible via the expressway, 2 km away. Shops and shopping center nearby. Our 75 m2 vacation home includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A large living room with sofa bed and TV, free Wi-Fi. A pellet stove will be installed for a cozier winter. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed for 2 and a single bed. With storage and desk. All bedding and linen are new. Upstairs, you'll also find separate toilets and a shower room. A veranda overlooking the garden. A terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car at the side of the house.
We are a young retired couple who enjoy receiving guests from all walks of life.
Quiet neighborhood, but very close to shops and main roads, as well as the circuit and the Pole Européen du cheval.
