Eclectic vibes, very clean house, all the amenities that you would need or want for a vacation, business trip or a night away from home.
All counters, floors, fabrics are all sanitized daily to ensure that we have a safe environment for all to enjoy.
You will access thru the front door into the open concept downstairs using either the August Home app or the code that is given to you the day of check in. We do send detailed picture instructions to make check in a BREZZE.
Breakfast, coffee, tea and all toiletries (i.e toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors) are included as well as sheets, blankets, extra pillows, towels and bathrobes.
My husband and I do live here! So if you need anything at all please don’t hesitate to ask!
We do have some very simple and basic rules.
Smoking is allowed on front porch or patio in the back. Please pick up after yourself in shared spaces. We prefer no shoes in the house especially upstairs on the carpet. Quiet time is at 11:00pm for courtesy of other guests!
Everything you will need is included and is on the counter in the bathroom for you to grab including toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, qtips and flossers. Towels are also under the sink for your use.

Dale and Connor were exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts. They made sure everything was in order for their guests. I especially enjoyed some drink and levity with them the last night of my stay.

Dale and Conner were amazing hosts. I enjoyed spending time with them, especially the quiet times in the evening when things settled down a bit. They're always busy but always made time to say hello and check in on me. I was able to co-opt some space in the garage that I set up and used for my work, which made my stay a productive one. I look forward to staying with them again

Dale and Connor are great hosts. Their communication is perfect and precise. I mostly do private space or whole house and this was only my second time doing any form of shared space. I spent the whole evening sitting with Dale and Connor just talking. As a straight-curious guy it was nice to talk with them and feel like we were all able to be so open with each other. The house is clean and very nice. I love the feeling of just being able to relax and use the space as needed.
