We are one block away from the emblematic salsa nightclub la topa tolondra. We are a 20 minute walk from the famous river boulevard and a 10 minute walk from the San Antonio hill which offers an unparalleled view of the city. By car the nightclub area is about 20 minutes away, there you can find bars such as Regia, Romanos, Amaranta, Anastasia and we are also close to La Pergola.

House located in a central area of the city, it is a residential area so parties and disturbing noises are not allowed, you can listen to music and share inside the house until 23:30 hrs, the neighborhood has a wide variety of tourist places nearby where you can find restaurants and bars with a variety for all tastes. Smoking inside the common areas is not allowed, we have a backyard suitable for smokers.

I had a good stay in Felipe's place. Good facilities, and nice location in San Antonio except for a little noise from a major road nearby. Communication with the host was very good although I never met him. The woman responsible for check-in and other practical stuff was very flexible and responded very quickly to any questions
