The relaxation net next to your room lets you relax and unwind. The tree-lined garden promises restful, soothing moments.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Belle Ile en mer in this comfortable, 110m2 wooden house built in 2020.
The house is less than 10 minutes' walk from the center of Palais and all its shops.
Just 200 meters from the supermarket, and a 15-minute walk from the first beach. 1 parking space available on the plot.
COMPOSITION :
GROUND FLOOR
- Living room (two sofas, coffee table, hanging TV, home cinema, board games)
- Dining room (table for 6-8 people)
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.).
- WC with hand-washer.
- Storage area, washing machine, freezer
- master suite 160cm bed, dressing room, open shower room with rain jet, TV (extra charge for this room, which I occupy).
FLOOR :
- suspended relaxation net (unique on Belle-Ile)
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds 80cm, sofa bed, storage shelves, desk, reading area
- 1bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm, small dressing room
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Convenience: high-speed wifi/ clotheshorse/ umbrella bed.
OUTSIDE :
- 35m2 terrace with table, deckchair and garden sofas
- Shady garden, small fountain, summer vegetable patch
- 2 hens for fresh eggs in the morning
- Barbecue
- Enclosed grounds not overlooked.
- Linen and cleaning included in booking
Accustomed to "standard" rentals of my house (superhost on a famous platform), I offer the rental of one or 2 rooms during my presence to allow everyone to come and discover this beautiful place.
