2-room apartment on the 9th floor is for rent . There is a gas stove, electric oven, and washing machine. The sunny side up. The apartment is very warm. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful. No problems with parking lots of space. Within a couple of minutes of walk there is a circle of vehicles: 4, 27 trolleybus, and 44,46,56 and 60 bus. It takes 25 minutes to reach the center by public transport, 10-15 by car depending on traffic. 20 minutes by car to the airport. There is a large chain of stores in the area - Maxima, Lidl, Rimi, Promo. A good social structure - polyclinics and medical centers, kindergartens and schools, gyms, Ebelmuizha Park and a large forest area for walking, cycling and skiing in the winter.
