A healthy lifestyle is important to me including weight training & yoga. I have been vegan when it comes to food for over seven years now. I enjoy new experiences such as live music ,theater, and ballet. I've traveled a good deal around the United States as well as Europe. One of my favorite cities in the US is New Orleans and in Europe Berlin where I stayed for three months in 2022. I am very fond of the queer, kink, fetish and techno communities. In the future I plan on exploring more natural spaces such as National & State parks.

Near the property you will find LA Fitness, Planet Fitness. Aldi, Publix, Walgreens, CVS.

Oleta state park is down the street, offering kayaks , canoes, paddle boards and mountain bike rentals. Greynolds park is even closer for taking a stroll, and we are about five miles to Haoulover Nude Beach

Being off the Golden Glades exchange you can go south bound to Miami/South Beach to visit Twist night club , Palace for drag shows, Nathans for drinks, Kill Your Idol offers some queer nights.

Wynwood has Gramps a venue/bar which has Double Stubble a drag night, occasional band nights as well

Little Hati has the venue Domicile with Techno Nights

Northbound you find Hollywood Blvd which has a Kava/Kratom bar called Twisted Roots.

Further north is Wilton Manors the predominently LGBT town in Ft Lauderdale. Leather bars, karaoke nights, dance clubs, Drag shows, strip clubs.
