Located at Km. zero of the historic center (Pl. de Sta. Eulalia) is this exclusive apartment newly renovated, brand new; offering a minimalist decor with capacity for 1-2 people.
Very bright, with large fitted closets, is fully equipped with high-end appliances: air conditioning, oven, water heater, coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, toaster, iron, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make you feel at home. In the living room, a very comfortable double bed design equipped with clean sheets, TV and dining area. In the bathroom you have everything, gel, shampoo, clean towels, hair dryer and shower. Wifi available throughout the apartment.
In case the check-in has to be after 22,00h, we charge a fee of 50€ in ******** on delivery of keys, as for our work, we can not be 24 hours available but we pay the fee to people of our confidence to facilitate the entry at any time.
You will have at your disposal all the information you need about the island (maps, guides, transports, etc.) and recommendations about all the places of interest that you can reach on foot. Mallorca offers a wide offer with its 208 fine sandy and rocky beaches along its 550 km. of coastline but its capital, Palma, is a modern and dynamic city with a huge historical and cultural tradition. Down the street is the emblematic and beautiful Plaza de Santa Eulalia with its idyllic cafés and restaurants. The church of Santa Eulalia ******** is very significant in Palma because in it, on September 12, 1276, King James II was crowned King of Mallorca. It is entirely Gothic, although its bell tower (neo-Gothic) was built in the mid-nineteenth century. Its carving of the Holy Christ of the Miracle was a personal gift from Pope Innocent III to James I (father of James II) and was brought in 1229 with the military expedition of the Conquest of Mallorca, formerly Muslim. At 50m from the Plaza de Cort (town hall), 100m from the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, Paseo del Borne, Paseo Marítimo, La Lonja .... with its bars, live music and wide range of international cuisine. A few meters away is also the Toy Museum, a place you must visit; we also recommend a visit to Literanta, a literary cafe where you can participate in interesting debates and good conversation, as well as buy any kind of book no matter how difficult it is to find. You are surrounded by the most exclusive stores of the island, the golden mile of the city. All the transports that cross the island are just a few meters away and you can also walk to the sea. You should not miss the craft markets that you can visit every day. And neither the Olivar or Santa Catalina markets with the most exquisite fresh products of the island.
We recommend the cab from the airport as the bus does not run through the historic center. If you come by bus from the airport you will have to walk about 800m to the apartment. It is number 1 and you must get off at Gabriel Alomar, 39 and walk straight to the center. If you come by car there is subway parking available under the main square, about 100m from the apartment.
