SHOPPING: Denver (Thornton) Premium Outlets, BOSS Outlet, Armani Exchange, Nike Factory Store; Mile High Flea Market, Drive-in Theater (Seasonal) etc... FUN: Eliches Six Flags Downtown Denver (20 mins by car, 30 by train), Water World Colorado, Cinco de Mayo Park, River Float in the South Platte (at your own risk), option for eBike riding, many Thornton Activity Centers for all ages & close by, etc... RELAX: Sunning on huge south facing rear deck, pool dip/float (12' round), grilling, eating w shade, putting, croquet, sandbag toss, projected movie night on occasion, walk/run/bike in Park immediately across the cul-de-sac (low traffic & ample parking), or the many trails (both dirt & concrete) along the South Platte River which is less than a mile away, the concrete path goes into Denver, approx. 16 mile ride each way).

No shoes on the carpet (footwear changing station provided). Quiet hours from 11pm to 9am weekdays. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (cigarettes) in The House. Outside only for 420 (NOT in room). I have two Mini- Poodles, Sandi & Beach. Your dog(s) welcome if they are small/medium in size, house-broken, friendly & don't eat mine, PRIOR PET APPROVAL REQUIRED, PET ******** REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN.. Guest(s) rarely may have limited visitors, prior approval required. Government Picture ID (for ALL guests over 16), required at check-in. Surveillance or recording devices on property: Main Level is recorded, auto-deletes unless reason to review. Must climb stairs: Private Bedroom is on the 2nd floor, stair is single flight with a mid-landing. Second Level is clothing optional, Main Level is attire required (skimpy OK).
