New vacation apartment in the center of Bad Ischl

The approx. 35m2 apartment is located in the center of Bad Ischl, within walking distance of the train station, stores and restaurants in the city center. There is the possibility to use a parking lot free of charge. Otherwise, the Kaiservilla parking lot (2 e charging stations) is adjacent and subject to charges. A lockable bicycle parking space is available. Please pay the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day in ******** on arrival.

I am available for you by phone, during the opening hours of my hairdressing salon in the same building also personally.

Apartment: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building which also has an elevator. The spacious layout divides the open living-dining room with sofa bed and the kitchen into a cozy lounge area. The bedroom with double bed is a separate room and is separated from the living area by a door. The bathroom is modernly equipped and is for your exclusive use. You can reach the toilet via the small anteroom of the apartment, which is accessible from two sides. The toilet is shared during the opening hours of the adjacent hairdressing salon. (not at weekends).

Access: Completely private area for my guests with their own entrance. Anteroom to the residential unit also accessible from the hairdressing salon.
