It's hallmarks are 11-foot ceilings and spectacular mountain views. It has three bedrooms and two baths, all with full wall built-in closets. The third bedroom is set up as a TV room/office, but the chairs can be put together to create a twin, or it is possible to have an airbed with legs set up.

The outdoors blend right in, with floor-to-ceiling glass and sliders. The great room and den/office open out to the pool, while the kitchen and bedrooms open to the private, enclosed, 750 sq ft courtyard.

Please keep in mind, if you are renting in the warm and summer months, and it's over 100 outside the house may never get below 75. No matter how low you set the thermostat. .
