Enjoy a unique experience in this beautiful apartment recently renovated and located in an exceptional enclave of the city. In the old town, right next to the old wall and the Basilica de la Macarena.
It is a quiet, cozy and very bright apartment with several windows overlooking the street and an inner courtyard. It has a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed of 150 and a spacious living room. The decoration is elegant and simple, with all the necessary elements to make your stay pleasant.
The bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers and a hanger so that your clothes are always perfect and close at hand.
The living room, spacious and bright, we have divided it into two areas, the living area with sofas, coffee table and a large TV, and the dining area with table and four chairs.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with new appliances (washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster ...) and all the utensils you may need in the day to day (crockery, cutlery, kitchenware ...), plus a Nespresso coffee maker, so that your awakenings are delicious.
The bathroom is small and coquettish, and we have made the most of every space so that you do not miss a detail.
The apartment is located on a second floor without elevator, in a quiet and friendly building where you will feel at home. I live right next door, in another apartment.
During your stay we provide bed linen and comfortable towels.
We provide you with a portable crib at no extra charge, you only have to bring the bedding for your little one.
In addition, we have prepared a book with recommendations of tapas bars and tourist attractions in the area to make everything easier for you.
You can also count on free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and hairdryer.
We are pet friendly! Bring your pet whenever you want.
Parties are forbidden in the apartment.
Please respect the facilities and the neighbors. The hours of no noise is from 23h to 09h.
