The Navy Yards and Warf waterfront areas with Restaurants and bars ( all of which are gay friendly) Nationals Baseball and DC United Soccer Stadiums are just across the river. Metro accessible to Dupont Circle, Logan Circle and Shaw areas where there are plenty of gay bars ( JR's, Number 9, Nellies Thurst Lounge, Dirty Goose (and gay friendly bars) Crew Club (bath house) and many great restaurants.

The entrance to the unit is in through the alley in the rear of the house. There is a lockbox mounted on the fence to the right of the gate. (you may need to lift up on the gate while turning the key). Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the unit. If you do smoke, please do so outside in the garden area. Please dispose of you cigarette butts in the trash. Please be respectful, responsible with no wild parties or drugs. I live above the apartment in my own unit and their are families with children in the houses on either side of my house
