The area is named after Plato's Academy, simply because the ancient Greek philosopher founded his famous School here 2,400 years ago. A modern-day archaeological park is the only reminder of antiquity’s prestigious academic institution, just two minutes walk from the apartment.
Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, dance schools, gyms are all located within a short walk’s distance.
