Gazi Boutique Apartment 2

I was really happy with this apartment. For one or two people, it's just perfect. The location is excellent as well — you're in a lively neighborhood, and the city center is only a few minutes away by metro. The small courtyard at the back is a real bonus, and there's even a supermarket nearby which makes things very convenient. Before booking, I noticed there hadn't been any reviews since 2024, so I hoped I wouldn't be disappointed — and I definitely wasn't! I can only encourage anyone to choose this place for their stay in Athens. Contrary to some other comments, I found the bed perfect and very comfortable — I slept extremely well from the very first night until the last. The host may be a bit brief in his communication style, but he is nonetheless very efficient and responsive. I had a hot water issue during my stay and it was solved within 24 hours; each of my messages received an answer in less than an hour. If I come back to Athens, this will definitely be my first choice.

This is my second stay in Gazi Boutique Apartment. I cannot recommend the apartment enough. Perfect location to walk or train to many tourist areas, kitchen is excellent for saving some money and cooking for yourself, private courtyard is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. Alkis is a very considerate host and ensures your stay is comfortable and relaxing. I hope on my next trip to Athens that I am able to stay there again.

There is only 1 bedroom and 1 livingroom, no problem for us, because we only stay there for two nights!

Great food around the place and easily walkable to transit and nightlife.

My stay at this place was in general positive. The contact with Alkis was fluid by ******** and his explanations were precise. The apartment was clean and nice, and the small courtyard was pleasant to eat or to smoke. About the area, I'm not quite sure if the location was in Gazi or most probably in Kerameikos. For those who are interested in gay locations, you have in the neighbourhood Noiz Club, BEqueer club and MantoMan massage. However I saw no organic and grocery shops or supermarkets nearby. Perhaps, I might have missed it. The nearest metro station Kerameikos is by 10-15 minutes by foot, practical to bring you in the center of Athens and even to the airport. The only negative things were the soft mattress, the avenue which leads to the metro station was rather horrible. During my stay the wifi was working only 1 day. I'm afraid of my next bill.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was conveniently close to the Metro, walking distance to Monistiraki and Syntagma Square. Close to a market for food. Loved staying there. It was lovely to have two free apartment services in the 15 nights. The host was helpful in arranging a private taxi to take me to the airport due to a sudden 24 hour strike from Metro train drivers.

Very clean apt with good location. Great fast communication. Really appreciated having coffee available.
