A brand new and and nice flat 5 minutes walk from Gazi - Kerameikos square and Metro station with 1 main bedroom suitable for 2 and up to 4 people (with the epxansion of the twin-size sofa) and with a nice back yard.
To the whole house, facilities, TV,WiF, Heating and Hot Water 24Hr, Kitchen,basic kettlery,toaster,grill,back yard,espresso machine, Towels, Shampoo,Shower Gel, Coffe, Bar Soaps, even sealed shower caps and non-reusable flip flops
The use of the veranda is highly recomended for coffee or lunch as the Greek weather is so nice. The apartment is in an old building but the area around is very safe and secure. A HUGE 50 inches LED TV is installed if you decide to stay in and watch a movie or if you have a usb device to watch it.
Wifi is very fast as the house has a dedicated ADSL connection.
Hot water is available 24/7
The apartment has 2 separate airconditions for heating and cooling and an extra electrical heater in the bathroom.
Full cookware is also included, , cook plate, toaster, kettler, as well as coffe machine and capsule as compliment.
Transportation is also provided if Requested By a Luxury TAXI company with lower than regular prices from and to the Airport /Ports etc AND also Day toors.
