Cosy apartment in the center of Athens

Excellent apartment, with an equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and exquisite taste by Yanis

We spent 10 days in the apartment and loved it: very close to the gay clubs and bars, close the fancy and hipster style restaurants, quite close to the city centre and well connected to public transport. The apartment itself has everything you need including completely stuffed kitchen, wash machine, air conditioning, TV, balcony to sit on in the evening. Access and leave were also super easy. Yiannis is a great communicator and we hope to be allowed to be his guests again. Thanks for having us!

Exactly what I like and was looking for. Very nice apartment with nice balcony as described by Yiannis who is nice and responsive. I wish we'd met. Within a walking distance of most places one likes to go to in Athens the apartment is furnished with a fairly personal touch. Really nice

Yiannis' apartment was the perfect home base for our stay in Athens. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable and there's even a view of the acropolis from the balcony. Yiannis was very communicative and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. This apartment is in a great location for gay travelers and we walked everywhere from here, including the acropolis and all the gay nightlife spots. We stayed at two other small hotels in Athens during our 6 nights in the city which were very nice but this apartment would be our top choice for a future trip.

I didn't meet Yiannis directly, but communication with him, as well as check-in and check-out, was completely seamless. I received useful information from Yiannis for my stay. The location is perfect, and you can reach many things on foot. I recommend the apartment to anyone needing accommodation for a few days.

The check-in was a breeze, I didn't get to meet Yiannis personally, but his responses were extremely fast and friendly. He gave clear instructions and helpful tips. Checking out was fast. The apartment comes with balcony and it has everything you need, full set of kitchenware, cosy sofa, tea table and dining table etc. The location is what I like the most, close to the Center and metros yet you won't face the hectic and chaos of tourists, many good restaurants and cafe within the neighbourhood.

Yannis is a very sweet and friendly host. His apartment is super central and the view at the Akropolis is amazing, specially when you arrive at night. We can definitely recommend staying there!! ⭐⭐⭐

Didn't meet Yiannis, but communication was very easy. Nice flat with several restaurants around in walking distance. I enjoyed the balcony.

Yiannis is the perfect host! The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos and could not have been more perfect. The location is fantastic! We could not have picked a modem perfect spot for our stay. Until next time..

Yiannis is a great and very nice host. He replies very quickly and cares that everything goes well. He provides a lot of information about the neighborhood and Athens in general. The appartment is great as well, has everything you might need. Very well situated and has a direct view on the Acropolis. I loved staying there. If you still hesitate, don't! Book it! :)
