A luxurious, recently renovated apartment, perfect for hosting 2 or 4 guests.

The bedroom features a queen bed with deluxe mattress and an en-suite WC and shower.

The living room sofa turns into a queen size bed and the guests have their own WC with shower.

A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and a marble bench and sink that used to be part of the house since the 1930s. Made out of Pentelikon marble, the same marble type with the Acropolis that today is rare.

The space is characterized by a muted color palette, energized by splashes of vibrant colors, in walls, fabrics and objects.

With 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, it provides the necessary space between the 4 guests, while it is still ideal for use by only 1 couple.

The kitchen has anything you need to prepare a breakfast, lunch or dinner. An oven, microwave, toaster, espresso and filter coffee machines.

Finally the washer/dryer can be proved a real benefit if you are returning from the islands and need to wash your clothes.

Keramikos (or Kerameikos) is named after Keramos, son of Dionysos and Ariadne, hero of the potters. Potters always lived in the area, in the banks of the Eridanos river that used to be here, along with the cemetery of ancient Athens.

Keramikos has always been an urban Athens neighborhood. Today you can find modern lofts and typical mid-war period houses, influenced by the modernist architecture of the 30s and the 50s and the Bauhaus school.

During the recent years Keramikos with the adjacent areas of Gazi and Metaxourgio has been transformed into the ‘hip’ area of Athens. Funky and international cuisine restaurants coexist with traditional taverns, modern bars, countless theaters, museums and gay clubs. An area that remains residential, while becoming a lively neighborhood of the Athens Historical Center, with special events all year round, such as the annual Metaxourgio Carnival Street Party, in the Carnival season.

Such an incredible place! Great location near the train and also some good restaurants and bars around the corner. Short walk over to the Acropolis and all the stuff in that area. Apartment is wonderfully decorated with nice amenities like washer/dryer and dish washer. Definitely hope to stay again next time I'm in Athens!

Very nice and clean apartment in a lively and interesting neigbourhood, not far from the sights of the city center. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable featuring a nice sunny terrace, a cosy living room with kitchen and a cosy bedroom with an open shower and two small bathrooms. The owner was very attentive and easily reachable, so check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place and book it again.

Very beautiful apartment in a beautifully renovated house. A pleasant courtyard in a quiet area in a lively neighborhood with great places to have a drink and dine away from tourist spots while still being close to major attractions. We will be happy to return during our next trip to amazing Athens. See you soon!

Excellent place! 100% recommended. Super clean, great AC. Nicely located in Gazi (nice restaurants around). Saki was super responsive, detailed and helpful from the distance.

Sakis is an excellent host. The flat, as described, was superb. Everything was disinfected because of the sanitary situation with Covid.....wrapped in plastic! Excellent with communication and amazingly flexible given the sanitary situation. The flat is in a quiet street, 10 min stroll to Kerameikos metro station, direct line to the airport. I highly recommend Sakis' property.

What a beautiful flat. Amazing structure, tastefully balanced between classicism and modernism. So clean and covid-19 respectful. Sakis has been efficient in every moment. We warmly recommend him and his flat.
