Welcome to my confortable penthouse with a huge terrace in Kallithea, about 20 min from the city center.
> Your room You will have your own room with a sofa bed and a desk, perfect if you need to work. You have direct access to the terrace from your room!
The room has A/C and heating.
!! Note that it's a semi-private space as I might need to access the room from time to time to take things stored in the closets.
> The place Guest can have access to the shared areas of the apartment: the bathroom/WC, the kitchen, the living room and the terrace.
As Athens offers nice weather most of the year, you will be able to enjoy the terrace year round. Even in nice winter days, having your breakfast on the terrace is something that happens!
> The neighbourhood Kallithea is a typical residential athenian neighbourhood, conveniently located between Athens center, Piraeus and the Athenian Riviera (the sea side of Athens).
You will find cafés, restaurants and plenty of local products shops. We also have a covered market, a miniature of the main Athens central market. There is a farmer market every Friday close to the apartment.
The place is 12min walking from Tavros metro station. From there, you are only 2 or 3 stations (5-7 min) to the city center and 15 min to Piraeus. You also have buses, including one line with 24h service. Access to the sea side of Athens and cape Sounio is also convenient with a bus stop nearby on Syngrou Avenue.

Clément is the perfect host. I immediately felt safe and comfortable in his home. He's there when you need him and gives you quiet and privacy if that's what you desire. His apartment is beautifully decorated with a love for detail, and everything was very clean. The balcony wraps around two sides of the flat, with different chairs and loungers where you can relax and hang out. My months-long stay in Athens could not have started better than with these days at Clément's. Thank you very much!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had a great terrace to relax on. Kitchen was well equipped, window nets were very useful to protect the peaceful nights from insects. The stay was very pleasant and never boring, because the host Clément is an amazing person to have a conversations with. He is a very polite, friendly, and caring person, and communication with him was always easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place, it's worth every penny.

I had a fantastic weekend here. The flat is well decorated and spotlessly clean. It's easy to reach by metro and the area is lively and is the 'real Athens'. Clément is a great host, hospitable, very welcoming, easy to talk to and with lots of good information about the city and the local area. Unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to really use the amazing sun terrace but I will come back for that! Thanks again Clément for a brilliant weekend

This is lovely ( large ! ) place to stay whilst in Athens. Firstly the room is accurately described, a very large comfortable double bed with air con and mosquito netting at the windows. Necessary! Shower and bathroom are clean and ample. Clément is very affable friendly and approachable and communication was excellent! ( I was intrigued to learn I was his first guest ! ) Whilst you may not be in central Athens, the neighbourhood is lively and safe. You're only 4 stops from Plaka and 4 from Piraeus, so yes highly recommended. Thank you Clément !
