Welcome to my confortable penthouse with a huge terrace in Kallithea, about 20 min from the city center.

You will have your own room with a sofa bed and a desk, perfect if you need to work. You have direct access to the terrace from your room!
The room has A/C and heating.
!! Note that it's a semi-private space as I might need to access the room from time to time to take things stored in the closets.

Guest can have access to the shared areas of the apartment: the bathroom/WC, the kitchen, the living room and the terrace.
As Athens offers nice weather most of the year, you will be able to enjoy the terrace year round. Even in nice winter days, having your breakfast on the terrace is something that happens!

Kallithea is a typical residential athenian neighbourhood, conveniently located between Athens center, Piraeus and the Athenian Riviera (the sea side of Athens).
You will find cafés, restaurants and plenty of local products shops. We also have a covered market, a miniature of the main Athens central market. There is a farmer market every Friday close the apartment.
The place is 12min walking from Tavros metro station. From there, you are only 2 or 3 stations (5-7 min) to the city center and 15 min to Piraeus. You also have buses, including one line with 24h service. Access to the sea side of Athens and cape Sounio is also convenient with a bus stop nearby on Syngrou Avenue.
