Elegant apartment in Koukaki, near Acropolis Museum

We had a very good stay here! Everything went well and on our last we could even use the flat until we had our ferry at midnight. We were welcomed with a big smile and fresh cherries. The neighbourhood is very nice, full of bars and restaurants. We recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The location in Koukaki is fantastic: a vibrant neighborhood with great energy, plenty of cafés, restaurants and local shops, plus it's very close to Athens' main points of interest. It was a pleasure exploring the city from this area. Michael and Natek were extremely attentive and helpful, both before arrival and throughout our stay. Communication was always quick and clear, and they made us feel very welcome. The apartment is simple and without major luxuries, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It matched our expectations exactly and proved to be an excellent option for a short visit to Athens, especially for those who value a good location and a practical, hassle-free experience. We would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated base with very available hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. From the very beginning, he and his partner were excellent hosts—friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in making sure everything was perfect for us. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. What really stood out was the warm welcome—Michael and Natek had left fruits, snacks, water, and drinks in the fridge for us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch after our journey. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and all the major landmarks, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. At the same time, the metro station is very close by, so getting around Athens—including to Gazi, with its vibrant LGBTQ+ bars and clubs—was quick and effortless. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend Michael’s apartment to anyone visiting Athens.

A nice little apartment very close to the Acropolis (15 minutes on foot) and the metro. A small balcony to have your coffee before heading out. Close to several very good restaurants. We were very well welcomed upon our arrival. Communication was perfect. The bedding is indeed very comfortable.

Michael and his husband were very helpful in guiding me with all my queries. Their property is beautiful and equipped with all essential amenities. I really had a wonderful stay. Thanks Michael :)
