Our apartment is located right in the heart of Athens, in Pangrati, the most classic and historical neighborhood of Athens, right behind the Panathenaic (“Kallimarmaro”) Stadium, and close to Acropolis hill and to the Syntagma Square.
The apartment is recently renovated following a unique modern style with a highly aesthetic touch that the warm and welcoming character of its landlords.
Vintage exclusive furniture and art items harmonically and meticulously placed in every space add uniqueness to the apartment and make the guest feel like home.
We offer one bedroom in the 110 s.m. apartment where we live with our dog ,a happy and very freindly standard Schnauzer!! The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and opens to a big balcony with view of the central square of the area.
We can host up to two ADULT guests in the bedroom and can offer them all the amenities they need to make their stay very comfortable .
We like nudism indoors and outdoors. We are clothing optional - so there is no pressure to take your clothes off (nudity is welcome but not mandatory).
You can share all the facilities in the apartment with us. Feel free to relax or watch TV on the couch in the light-flooded living room, make your breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy your drink in our sunny balcony. WiFi, bed linens and towels are provided.
We're both vaccinated (and boosted, too), and we're very careful about hygiene, so you can stay with us without fear.
The apartment is easy connected with the gay area of Athens , Gazi . Ιn this area of Athens you can find many LGBT clubs, bars and restaurants .
However, if you feel like commuting with Athens’ brand new subway or surface means, or even feel like visiting the cosmopolitan beaches and the Saronic sea-front you have all connections within five minutes.
Like all the modern European cities, Athens also has gay beach and seaside fun.

The apartment is located very close to the archaeological sites of Athens, such as the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and the Ancient Market. It is near to the Plaka area, Monastiraki, National Gallery and the Greek Parliament. The Lycabetus hill and Filopappou hill ,are also within walking distance.
Furthermore, our location is perfect if you like to explore the modern aspect and the nightlife of the city on foot, wandering through Kolonaki, Gazi and Psyri
