Located a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station (Evangelismos) and just one stop from the central metro station, Syntagma, the apartment is set in one of Athens’ most vibrant and charming neighborhoods, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops.
The home is shared with us in a respectful and well-balanced environment, as well as with Bach, a very friendly and affectionate neutered male cat. This is a calm, respectful and welcoming home. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and the use or possession of non-permitted substances is not allowed within the apartment. The kitchen is available for light breakfast preparation only. For privacy and security reasons, visits from third parties are not permitted. Nudity is permitted inside the apartment; however, for reasons of discretion, privacy and respect toward neighboring residences, a cover-up is kindly requested when standing on the terrace and in direct view of others.
Shared spaces should be treated with care, and a peaceful atmosphere is appreciated, especially during evening hours. Any damage or issues should be reported promptly. Please note that a cat lives in the home; this may not be suitable for those with allergies.
