Private room in central Athens, most suitable for mature gentlemen

Amazing spot in Athens, very well located with the best view. Demos is a very nice host and pleasant to talk. I recommend it for those who want an authentic Greece staying.

Demos is a knowledgeable and gracious person of Athens. He made delicious meals, showed me the town by bike, and took me on a journey to the island of Egina. The separate room with AC, a single bed, a desk, washer, and step-up wet room bath was comfortable and quite above the busy streets below. The apartment was located near Monastriaki train station and walkable to all the restaurants there. There is no street parking. The patio view of the Acropolis was breath taking at night.

Dimos is super nice. Had long weekend with him in Athens. He picked me up at metro station and had nice talk with him. Plus I had private tour with him by feet and bike. It was super nice experience. Highly recommended :-)

Wonderful flat, with the best view on the Acropolis. Central, but in quiet street, near to a strategic Metro Station and conveniently near to everywhere by walking. Excellent bedroom for privacy and wonderful shared place in the rest of the house. Dimos is the best host one can find. A clever, polite and so well educated man, a real descendant of the ancient greek culture. So many books and great conversation with him. I would return to Athens just to talk with him.

Everything was wonderful; the apartment is glorious, the private room is very comfortable, the location was convenient, and Demos (Dimosthenis) is a genuinely great guy who made me feel at home. I plan to return.

With Demos, I feel like I've gained a friend. He picked me up from the metro station and we walked to the property, while he showed me everything around his place, which is centrally located, with easy access to the acropolis, museums and street markets within walking distance. The bed is comfortable, the room is air conditioned with a roof ventilator, perfect for hot summer days, plus an in room bathroom, all very clean. As a plus is the private side door, and the balcony's breathtaking view.

Dimosthenis was warmly welcomed my visit to Greece even I had to check in too late. The days with his house were perfect. First, the location is so good that I could visit many historical sights easily. (Even I could see Acropolis in his balcony) Second, the cats living with him are so lovely. Third, His explanation about the city and Greek myths helped my understanding and travel. I really recommend this ********.

Convenient location, central to everything. Very close to a main metro. Demosthenis was very kind and helpful! The private bathroom was a plus!

Everything was perfect with Dimos. He took me to a birthday party and took the time to show me around the city. When I moved to a friend's place, he accompanied me on the bus. I felt very comfortable with him.. thank you so much Dimos

Dimos is a very attentive and thoughtful host. His home is an easy walk to tourist spots and many nice restaurants. Sitting on the balcony with the Acropolis view was beautiful especially at night and instilled a meditative state. Dimos took me on a bike tour of the vicinity and shared his detailed knowledge of sites, institutions, and remoter areas that most tourists don't know about. I felt privileged to receive his expertise. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
