My penthouse is stylish and modern concept, located on the 5th floor with stunning views of Acropolis, Lycabettus and the city of Athens. The place is just a few meters from the new Acropolis Museum and the most traditional and trendy neighbourhoods in Athens such as Plaka, Koukaki, Thisseo, etc.

You will definitely have a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable holidays.
My luxury and quiet apartment is located at Neos Kosmos, which is very well served by all public transportation (Metro, tram, buses) and easily reachable from the Airport and Port.
Museums and the most important archaeological sites are within walking distance from my place. If you like sports there are great parks nearby, just few minutes away.
If you just want to chill out, no worries, my apartment has a huge terrace with a lounge sitting area where you can enjoy all those views and amazing sunsets.

The room occupies 10sqm completely private, comfortable, equipped with a standard double bed, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, heat and with direct access to a big terrace.

I also provide maps, instructions, keys and with no doubts, the best Italian/Greek hospitality in town.

We love to share experiences with people and learn about their culture and interests. We are very easy going, respectful, cheerful and is a pleasure to introduce Athens and Greece to our guests. We are two friends living in the apartment and we will welcome you as it was your house.

All the communication can be done in English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or Greek.
