Ioannis is a wonderful host, very friendly and communicative. The place is very spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. It's in a modern apartment building situated conveniently near the metro station and easily accessible to all the major attractions. Highly recommended for any tourist.

What a great stay I had in Ioannis beautiful apartment. In less than 1 hour I found the place thanks too the good description. This was my very first visit to Greece. The advice Ioannis gave me was really useful. I slept well, from the balcony I saw the illuminated Acropolis! Wow. Thanks so much for this great weekend and a new friendship.

I was lucky with a last minute booking--I reached I out to Ioannis, and he responded right away. The room was spacious and comfortable. This is not a self check in; rather, you meet the host and keep keys to come and go. The Metro is a five minute walk up the street--it's safe and reliable. With a little bit of practice riding it, you are only a few stops away from the Acropolis and the main tourist centers. The neighborhood is perhaps like many in Athens. It's crowded, with some street noise and lots of activity, but friendly enough for someone who doesn't speak Greek. Ioannis himself was a great host, easy going, friendly, and he went out of this way to make my stay easy. I enjoyed meeting him and hope to see him again if I return.
