Welcome to my spacious 100 sq.m. penthouse on the 4th floor, located in the Neos Kosmos area downtown Athens. Just 300 meters from Agios Ioannis Metro Station (Red Line), it’s a 15-minute walk to the archeological area of Athens, including the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, Olympic Stadium, and the National Gardens.
The apartment is situated in a quiet urban neighborhood, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The apartment offers air conditioning, full amenities, and an elevator for your convenience. A newly built mini park right in front of the building provides a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful green views.
I can host up to two adult guests in the bedroom in a queen sized bed and full closet/wardrobe is available for you and provide everything needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Make yourself at home!!! Lounge on the comfy couch and enjoy a show on the 65-inch TV, prepare your breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and unwind with a drink on the large, bright, and furnished terrace. There is a high-speed WiFi, fresh bed linens, and fluffy towels.
Nudism is welcome in the apartment, but not required—feel free to be yourself.
The popular beaytiful beaches of Athenean riviera and are easily accessible minutes away from my place. Athens is a beautiful city full of history and charm, and you’ll be staying right in the heart of it all.
