The apartment is very spacious, 120 sqm, featuring a large living room with an office desk and a painting studio, a fully equipped large kitchen, and two bathrooms. It has marble floors, a balcony facing the street, and a private balcony at the back.
The apartment has three rooms in total. You will have your own private room and bathroom!
It is located in the best central area of Athens, Exarchia/Neapoli, near the central park of Pedion Areos and the famous Kallidromiou Street, known for its flea markets, beautiful cafes, and some of the best restaurants in town. Being central, it is also very close to the Smut gay club and conveniently situated between Kypseli, Monastiraki, and Syntagma.
Transportation is easy, with Victoria train station and Ambelokipi metro station nearby.
Rooms are equipped with ventilation, heaters and the apartment has air conditioning in the living room area.
