Private bedroom with a double bed, in a spacious and elegant apartment, on the 4th floor of a new building with elevator. The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from Metaxourghio metro station (4 stops from Acropolis) and 15 minutes from Kerameikos (Gazi, gay district) metro station.

Ideal for 1 or 2 guests, my place combines a sense of privacy, with a warm, easygoing feeling. You can feel at home during your stay, with easy access to the city centre, nightlife, public transport and local cafes/restaurants .

The private bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and access to a private WC for your exclusive use, while the main bathroom with shower is shared.

You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV (Netflix and satellite channels) and a fireplace.

The large green veranda with views of the Acropolis is perfect for relaxing, with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air-conditioning in all rooms, espresso machine, washing machine and cooking facilities.

Breakfast is included in your stay, so you can start your day with energy before exploring the city. I like to add homemade touches and local products, to make the experience more special and authentic.

Within walking distance, you'll find the vibrant gay district of Gazi, as well as Smut club, Sodade2 club, Alexander sauna and other popular gay venues.

Nikos is an amazing host. He is personable, respectful, fun, loved a chat and welcoming. The accomodation was lovely. The comfiest bed! And gorgeous balcony. And only a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station which made getting into the centre of Athens a breeze. I loved my stay :). Thank you Nikos!

Nikos was a fabulous host- fun, had great tips, and always made sure I was comfortable and felt at home. The apartment is in great location, very close to everywhere you want to be. It was also clean, modern, comfortable, and felt like home. Would gladly stay here again next time I'm in Athens.

The best part about staying at Nikos' home is Nikos himself. He is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to help make my stay and travel experience incredible. From prior to my arrival, throughout and after my stay his communication with me was prompt and very thorough. He is so knowledgeable about recommending things to do, where to eat, what to see and what not to. His home is beautiful and close to all major transportation. Will stay here again when I visit again.

My first misterb&b experience and the host makes all the difference so I was very lucky, the place was clean, easy to get to the center on foot or taxi and Nikos was welcoming, friendly and offered me with tips on where to go in the city for a fun night out.
