This one-bedroom 3rd-floor studio apartment was renovated in February 2022 and can easily accommodate one person or a couple. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, with a small balcony overlooking the narrow street. The bedroom has a double bed and a working desk. In the winter, there is independent gas heating. In the summertime, there's a/c and fans.
The apartment has fast wifi (200 Mbps), a washing machine, flat-screen smart TV.
The entire building is a small community of young expats. We have created a beautiful space on the roof for our guests, where you can either relax, sunbathe, have a drink, barbecue, do some exercise on the treadmill or simply explore the Athenian cityscape.

Akadimia Platonos, or Plato’s Academy, is a quiet middle-class neighborhood located 3 km (2 miles) west-northwest of downtown Athens and just ten minutes walk from the capital’s hottest and most youthful gay place to be at night: Gazi. The area is named after Plato's Academy, simply because the ancient Greek philosopher founded his famous School here 2,400 years ago. A modern-day archaeological park is the only reminder of antiquity’s prestigious academic institution, just two minutes walk from the apartment.
Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, dance schools, gyms are all located within a short walk’s distance.
