Please take note of the following guidelines: ✅No Smoking & Drinking: Smoking & Drinking inside the house or on the property is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in eviction without a refund. ✅Weed Prohibition: Guests are strictly forbidden from smoking weed on the premises. ✅Open Flames: The use of candles and open flames is not allowed within the property. ✅Parking: There is a single parking spot on the right side of the driveway (subject to availability) or free street parking. ✅Footwear: Kindly leave shoes/boots at the front door and avoid bringing wet footwear onto the carpet. ✅No Drugs/Vaping: The use of drugs or vaping in the house or on the property is not allowed. ✅No Pets: Bringing pets into the home will incur a $500 fee. ✅Quiet Hours: Please maintain a quiet atmosphere between 12 am and 7 am to allow for peaceful sleep. ✅Privacy and Guest Limits: Only guests listed on the original booking are allowed in the room and for overnight stays. Any additional guests not confirmed through Misterb&b will incur a $100 per night fee. ✅Toilet Use: Use only toilet paper in the toilet; a trash bin is provided for other items. ✅Check-In: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and checkout is at 10:00 am. Early check-in requests such as 3 pm can be accommodated with 24-hour notice ✅Checkout Time: Checkout time is firm anytime before 10 am. Late check-out incurs a $150 fee payable via Misterb&b . ✅Kitchen Use: After using kitchen items (e.g., plates, silverware, pots, or pans), please wash, dry, and return them to their place and clean the surrounding area ✅Guest Food Preparation: Guests are responsible for bringing their own food for kitchen use. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances ✅Long Stays: Please leave full garbage and recycling bins outside the room in the morning for disposal ✅Garage, Laundry, and Patio: The use of the garage, laundry room, and patio are not available to guests. ✅Shared Kitchen Hours: The shared kitchen is accessible until 11 pm to ensure a peaceful night's rest. ✅No Eating in Bedrooms: Food is only allowed in the kitchen or common area dining table, not in bedrooms. ✅No Events or Parties: Events and parties are not allowed. ✅Damages: Any house damages due to negligence will be claimed through Misterb&b, and guests may be held responsible. ✅Strong Cooking Spices: Please avoid strong cooking spices, as they can trigger our fire alarm. ✅Window Usage: Do not open windows when using central heating. ✅Exterior Surveillance: Exterior video surveillance is in place for security on the front porch and garage door; no cameras are inside the unit. ✅Respect Guests' Privacy: Please respect the privacy of other guests.
