Our space is uniquely located in Uptown Charlotte, though away from all of the noise. It is located above dining options & within walking distance of anything Uptown.

Top neighborhoods like Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, Midtown and NoDa are close by.

It features minimalistic design, a 55" TV & a private rooftop patio with killer views of the city.

Pets are welcome. Covered parking included. The Space: Our condo is spread out over three levels.

The main level is perfect for hanging out and some R&R. It features a well stocked kitchen as a comfortable living room with a 55" 4K TV hooked up with an Apple TV for your entertainment.

The bottom floor is your private sanctuary for a good nights sleep after a long day of work or enjoying the city.

The top level, however, is our favorite. It is a private rooftop deck with killer views of the city and an unbelievably comfortable chase lounge perfect for enjoying an adult beverage and taking it all in.

The building also features a fitness center and pool for those looking for some exercise or to take a dip during a hot summer day.

The space is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a careless stay. All linens, towels and hygiene products are provided. Coffee is also provided for free. Guest Access: Guests will have their own private entrance to the space and a complimentary reserved parking spot in a covered garage. Interaction with Guests: We live and work nearby and are happy to interact as little or as much with our guests as they please. The Neighborhood: Uptown Charlotte is the center of the city and the heart of all your entertainment needs. Countless restaurants, bars, museums and sports venues are nearby and all of other popular neighborhoods are close by.

For those looking to travel for work then our loft is ideal for you as well. The loft is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. Getting Around: There are many public bus stop close by and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot.

We provide a covered parking spot in the garage and are just a few blocks from an interstate.

Uber is a great way to get around as well. Other Things to Note: We are baby and toddler friendly and can provide a pack-n-play if you would like to bring your little ones. Please do note that there are stairs in the unit which

We are very pet friendly and strongly encourage you to bring your four-legged friends when visiting our property. There is no extra charge to bring your pet but please just let us know ahead of time and make sure to clean up any mess that is created.
