Experience all the luxuries of fine living within minutes of top restaurants and bars. The Space: The space is located above the detached garage of our recently renovated 1940s home. It has a large open layout with numerous windows allowing for lots of natural light.

We paid tribute to the history of the home with beautiful rustic decorations and handmade one-of-a-kind wood pieces constructed out of reclaimed wood and pallettes.

The place is furnished with a custom king bed frame, oversized couch, side chair, dining table with 2 chairs. Guest Access: Guests will have their own private entrance to the space. Interaction with Guests: We live on the premise as well and are happy to interact as little or as much with our guests as they please. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood was recently voted one of the top neighborhoods in America and #1 in Charlotte. It is located just on the outskirts of center city Charlotte and gives off an eclectic and energetic vibe.

The neighborhood bars and restaurants have been featured in many TV shows and movies to great reviews.

Want to experience fine dining? How about a local "dive" burger place? Maybe the best BBQ in-town? What about an eclectic deli/bar? The best breakfast in town? Rooftop bars with great views of the city? Professional hockey and top concerts? Or even some craft breweries? Our neighborhood has it all and they are only a couple of minutes away. Getting Around: There is a public bus stop just a block away however we do recommend bringing a vehicle.

If you have a car, a dedicated parking space is available in front of the home. Other Things to Note: We are very baby and toddler friendly and can provide a pack-n-play if you would like to bring your little ones. There are plenty of toys and a playset on the premise as well.

House Rules: • Check-in time is 3PM - 12AM (midnight). • No parties or events • No smoking
