The room has a closet, a comfy bed, and a large window offering natural light. The open kitchen and living space are great for getting to know my guests and they are welcome to use the amenities, as well as the washer and dryer room if needed.

If possible no shoes inside, please.
Please no smoking inside the house, cigarette butts must be disposed in the trash can.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed unless we agree to make an extraordinary exception.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
Sorry (although i love animals) no pets are allowed.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Other than that feel free to talk to me about anything and I'll do my very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. :)
