Housed in a beautiful mansion from the early 20th century, fully restored. Supermarket on the doorstep, close to several restaurants and bars, beaches (5min) and the city's traditional tourist attractions. 10min walk from Shopping Barra.

Apartment consists of a suite with air conditioning, living room integrated into the kitchen equipped with: electric cooktop (2 burners), refrigerator, microwave oven and appliances (sandwich maker, coffee maker and blender).
