It is a cozy, light-filled penthouse apartment with two large terraces for pleasant moments of relaxation, with beautiful views of the historic center of Florence and the surrounding hills. Equipped with all comforts, it has a large bedroom with a large double bed, in which up to two extra single beds can be added, and a small bedroom with a queen-size bed. In the area there are stores, restaurants, supermarkets (one right next door to the apartment), two beautiful parks and one of the most beautiful museums in Florence (Stibbert Museum). Strategically located 9 minutes by tramway from the Santa Maria Novella Central Station from which it is 1.9km and 7 minutes from the Fortezza Da Basso (1.5km) exhibition venue and as many from the Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Policlinico di Careggi. Zone not subject to ZTL.
