Eric was an amazing host! The house was immaculate. The room and the bathroom looked brand new as if it has never been used. It was very quiet the whole time I was there (4 days) Eric was helpful and communicated promptly. I would stay here again for sure. He even had a mini fridge in the kitchen dedicated for my use and stocked it with water for me upon arrival. The bedroom is on the first floor, next to the front door, with your own bathroom next to your room. Felt very private.
