We have a friendly, caring home that is much too big for us alone, and would love to share it with others to utilize it's space for a very reasonable rate. If a ride is needed we are here to provide it, if you need a tour guide, we can provide that also. Having lived in the area for over 60 years I have knowledge not many do. We are not exactly in downtown, but are in walking distance to the University of Northern Colorado, have access to the city bus just down the street. I am not far from fast food restaurants along with some very nice sit down restaurants in Downtown Greeley. A very nice onsuite bathroom in the room to be shared. Very clean. Washer/dryer to use whle you stay with us. Access to a refrigerator and microwave, and we will provide you with a nice breakfast.
