Sunny View Cabin Clothing Optional Heated Pool

Only approved pets are accepted and require a non-refundable 80 pet fee payable at check-in. If pets are brought without prior approval, no refund will be given and asked to leave. No parties or large groups. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If someone is going to visit prior approval must be obtained. All guests must be 25 or older. No exceptions. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The property is clothing optional and the backyard and pool is shared with other guests and for our use. Maximum number of guests is 2. Any additional guests exceeding 2 will result in a fine of 100 and termination of stay without refund. No smoking inside the house. Only smoking outside the unit. If smoking in units a 300 fine will be charged. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
