On the top floor of the house is a colorful and quaint apartment. Completely renovated, it occupies what was once the attic of the building where silkworms were also bred. The colors, light, wood and stone make this apartment a perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Fully equipped, it is the ideal place for a restful vacation.
The apartment consists of a large and cheerful living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads to the bathroom, decorated with handmade tiles, and the spacious bedroom where a comfortable and large double bed awaits you. The ideal number of guests for this apartment is 2 people, but the sofa in the living room can be converted into a very comfortable double slatted bed to comfortably accommodate two more guests.
To reach the apartment, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs and unfortunately it is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties).

The apartment is located inside a renovated historic building, respect for space is clearly the basis of the stay. The entire area is NON-smoking so we ask the courtesy NOT to smoke either inside the apartment or on the balconies. Pets, although much loved, are not allowed, we are very sorry about this, but in the past inattentive owners have led to major damage. Otherwise, common sense and respect are the rules to follow.
