Enjoy a bedroom and private bathroom in a house south of Olivet at the gateway to the Sologne and 10 min from downtown Orléans. It's also close to Orléans Sud freeway access (A71/A10) and a stone's throw from trails for nature walks or runs. The bedroom is on the first floor, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The ground-floor toilet is reserved for your use. The room is equipped with luggage storage, TV and WiFi, and a private mini-fridge. Towels provided. Breakfast included.

Accommodation is shared but you have your own bedroom and bathroom. The toilet on the ground floor is reserved for you. We sleep and use the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is shared, and we'd be delighted to share a meal with you. You can park your car in our enclosed courtyard. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. I was welcomed perfectly by Pierre. This host is considerate and very friendly. We spent an evening together with truly interesting exchanges. Friendliness and warmth are the two words that immediately come to mind. The house is new and the space reserved for travelers is intimate and spacious. I recommend it.

Pierre and Jérémy are very pleasant and highly interesting hosts. We were able to share a good bottle of wine while getting to know each other in the evening upon our return from the restaurant. The accommodation is impeccable, comfortable and very well maintained! The organization is well-oiled: Pierre was waiting for us upon arrival and Jérémy prepared a nice breakfast for us the morning of our departure. In short, it was perfect and the price is well deserved given the overall quality of the service.

Pierre and Jérémy are very welcoming and accommodating. The interactions with them were very interesting. As for the room, it is spacious and truly independent as specified in the listing. The bathroom attached to the room is a positive point. I recommend Pierre's room 100%. Don't hesitate to meet them!

Pierre and Jeremy are super accommodating, especially with schedules. Welcomed with a nice aperitif. Easy parking, breakfast included, everything that makes the stay much easier. The rental matches the description perfectly.

In Orléans for a trip to the Arena, very pleasantly surprised by the perfect location of the accommodation. The listing perfectly reflects the amenities. Special mention to the guys who are pleasant, friendly and accommodating. From the booking to the preparation of the stay to the welcome, we had an excellent, though too short stay. A warm welcome from the hosts in a nice and recently renovated house located on the outskirts of Orléans (quiet, residential neighborhood, easily accessible). A lovely summer evening as we love them, in good company and in a privileged setting. I can only recommend!
