Underwood Manor is a clean rustic modern farmhouse charmingly styled with thoughtful Nashville-themed decor. Just minutes away from the main gay District Downtown, Broadway, Germantown, the Gulch, 12 South, & Top Golf.
Original hardwood floors throughout. You will get the best sleep of your life with our premium mattresses from Saatva & Purple, comfortable pillows, and quality bed linens.
When staying here you should expect quality touches, unlimited amenities, and furniture that is geared towards making your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We have plenty of Insta-worthy neon signs and picture opportunities throughout the house!
Don't worry about having to get coffee or firewood because when you stay here we supply unlimited amounts so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
We supply body wash, lotion, shampoo, soap, Q-tips, makeup wipes, plenty of toilet paper, towels for the bath and hot tub. Also, provide hangers, hair dryer, a steamer, and iron. We have thought through it all to make sure you have what you need.
We use a smart lock for easy self-check-in that uses a unique keypad entry code that is only active during your reservation window for maximum security.
We have a floodlight camera above the garage that only detects movement in short bursts.
We have a ring doorbell camera on the front door.
We have a backyard floodlight camera above the back door.
These cameras will NOT be monitored. Used only for safety purposes. They capture video & audio
