WELCOME TO ATLANTA! 3 spacious bd/2.5 baths in updated home has just what you need to enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Minutes away from airport and downtown ATL. Spacious living room, kitchen, & dining room with private two car driveway!

I will be available to offer recommendations if I am around. I actually enjoy being an ambassador of sorts for my hometown. You will also have access to an ironing board, iron, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee grinder, and coffee machine. Let me know if you have any questions! No street or alleyway parking, risk being towed/booted at your own expense. Here are a few tips to ******** a great stay and a 5-star rating from your host! 🏠House Rules 1. No pets 2. No smoking inside 3. No street parking 4. Please respect my personal items 5. Only guests who were included in the reservation may stay overnight 6. No shoes or food allowed upstairs 7. Please do not move or rearrange furniture There are board games in the ottoman downstairs. Please return them when you finish! 🧳Checkout Instructions *Checkout is at 11AM* Linen- Please remove all used linen and towels and put them in the washing machine. You do not have to start it. Dishes-Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher. You do not have to start it. Please hand wash any used pans or pots. 😴Late Checkout- There is a $40 late check out fee. You must depart by 12 noon. 👉🏾If there is anything that might prevent you from leaving a 5 star rating please let me know before you leave!
