No Smoking, if there are evidence of smoking inside the unit guest will be charged $250 smoke fee. Absolutely no Partying or events. Quiet Hour must be honored even on weekends or guest will be asked to leave. After 2nd warning. (10pm - 8am) Checking out late after checkout time (12 noon) without authorization from Host guest will be charged a late fee up to one night stay.
