I have a 2 Bedroom 2 Full bathroom Top Floor Luxury Apartment with all the “Feel like Home amenities” (Espresso/Coffee machine, Air fryer, & Many more) Large whirlpool jacuzzi tub inside of master bedroom. Cable & Internet thru the home. Washer & Dryer area inside home with so much storage space. This home is in the Center of down Baltimore area. walking distance to many Downtown Baltimore area, events.

No Smoking, if there are evidence of smoking inside the unit guest will be charged $250 smoke fee.
Absolutely no Partying or events.
Quiet Hour must be honored even on weekends or guest will be asked to leave. After 2nd warning. (10pm - 8am)
Checking out late after checkout time (12 noon) without authorization from
Host guest will be charged a late fee up to one night stay.
Notice to Vacate Guest must check out in leave the property on check out date & time at (Check out time 12 noon) no exceptions, Or if host asking guest to leave for violations.
Check in age is 21+
Guest is responsible for all damage on the property & inside the unit. Guest also responsible for lost key, Any cost occurred by guest or guest friend or relatives.
Host is allowed access to the unit at anytime an emergency issue or any reasonable circumstances with notices given to the guest before entering.
Primarily guest is responsible for other guest they invite or bring along.
All guest must obey all ******** law, state laws in local laws. Any violation of house rules will result in removal of the unit.
Guest count must be accurate
Guest can only be added at the time of the reservation
Any Additional guest will be counted as a party
*We have a pet fee for bring pets, fee is $175.00 per pet
