Had a relaxing time at the suite. Was able to unwind and get some sun by the pool. Everything I needed. Can't wait to come back!

First, I want to recommend that you try to stay at least two nights at Greg's place. It is not just a place to sleep, it is more of a retreat, where you will come away a different person in the positive sense. I came by for a few nights before attending a workshop in a different part of the city. Greg's description of his place was very inviting, and it was in a part of the Denver area that I had not been to, so I made a reservation. Communication prior to my arrival was excellent. The first night did not start well, as my flight was seriously delayed causing me to miss the last train to where he lived. Greg was extremely gracious to pick me up from the airport. The pictures do not give his place justice - it is amazing! Every room has an intentional purpose to it. My room was a large size with beautiful views out of my windows. I loved the shower in my private bath. Greg and Rick are exceptional hosts - making sure I had what I needed. The outside space is amazing - where you can "be yourself" - as Greg and Rick demonstrate. :-) I especially enjoyed our conversations - both had interesting journeys thru their lives. They gave me much food for thought. I really did not want to leave! As you can see, I am reaffirming all the positive reviews Greg has received. I should add that Arvada is a fun place to visit...great restaurants and friendly people. The train goes right into downtown Denver. Greg and his place are the type of location that you will plan to be a repeat guest - I know I plan to return! Thanks, Greg and Rick, for making my stay special.

This stay was one of the first times my partner and I used mister bnb and Greg raised the bar for anyone else we would stay with. He was consistent, kind, understanding, and informative. We had so much fun while we there there. If i could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Everyone visiting Arvada should check out this amazing stay.

I can't say enough about Greg (the host)'s kindness. He is welcoming and genuinely excited to have visitors staying. Also, the artwork that covers the home is worth seeing all on its own. This was a wonderful stay and a great personal connection on my trip to Colorado.

Great stay with Greg and Rick ⭐ They were incredibly welcoming, open, and easy to talk to—felt like catching up with friends. The space has some really cool 3D artwork that gives it a unique vibe, and the spa services were a luxury bonus. I also loved the relaxing backyard—perfect place to unwind. Would definitely stay again!

Once again, it was a pleasure to stay here. The unusually warm weather meant I could lounge outside and relax for a long weekend. This space always fits the bill for me. The hosts are readily available if you should need them, happy to engage with you to whatever level you are feeling.

Amazing location and can't say enough how mature, open, and respectful the hosts are. I was able to work remotely in a relaxing atmosphere cloaked with the most amazing and artistic vibes. Absolutely staying here again 💯!

Greg was super sweet and attentive! Bed was comfy, bathroom and shower were very clean, and having my own entrance was phenomenal
