Had a great vacation at Greg's compound where there are no shortage of amenities and art to take in. Greg makes sure our experience is the very best and an excellent communicator before and during the trip. The room is spacious and the guest areas are fully stocked.

Exactly as described. Lovely for open-minded, sexually liberated, artistic queer folks. The first floor is a 3d art installation immersive experience similar to Meow Wolf. 420 room always open and smoking outside is allowed. Clothing isn't necessary. Cool artwork in every room. Not far from downtown Denver and close to pretty much everything you'll need. We had a great time!

Greg is a fantastic host, extremely nice, welcoming, and accommodating to his guests he gave me the penthouse for my birthday, and it was awesome hug tv ensuite bath and private entrance. I have now been there twice, and I will definitely be spending more time there i definitely fell like family when im there l.

My stay here was top notch. Greg (and Rick) are phenomenal hosts. They are warm, friendly, welcoming, attentive and conscientious. They have created a wonderful space in their home for folks to come, relax and make new friends. It is a therapeutic space that offers many ways to recharge, explore and be enriched. I am already trying to come up with a good reason to return to Denver and stay at their place. It certainly can be a destination in itself. I highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay! The house was full for pride weekend but I the house stayed quiet and relaxing the whole weekend. Greg is a fantastic communicator, check-in/out was a breeze, and the place was exactly as described and photographed. I'll definitely be making return trips!

We had a wonderful stay with Greg and Ric. The room was large and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Enjoyed the hot tub one evening. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this listing

I'm not sure how to go about describing Greg and Rick and their place. Phenomenal feels weak. I can honestly say I have never felt more welcome and comfortable while traveling, even when I stayed with blood family. Inside and out, upstairs and down, their place is a wonderland. They are friendly, personable, kind and generous. I'll be back!

Absolutely a great place that was very fun, creative, and artistic. Loved all the art and the spacious living area. Clean, neat, and had everything that I needed. Greg was an amazing host and helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
