This charming wooden chalet 1 hour from Paris was completely renovated in early 2024. Nestled in the heart of a shared garden of almost 9,000 m2, you have access to the river with the possibility of taking a boat ride. The house has a large living-dining-kitchen area, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The garden features parking for up to 3 cars, a barbecue - outdoor kitchen, and a pontoon for lunch over the river.
